Terms of Use
These terms apply when you visit V2Ray Download Hub, read its documentation, or use its client download links. Read the relevant information before downloading, installing, or changing network settings. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant content and links. These terms do not replace individual software license agreements or third-party service terms.
1. Purpose and Scope
This site organizes download links and setup guides for graphical clients such as v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Its content is for learning, technical research, and practical reference only. This site is not affiliated with the developers of these open-source projects, and its name, descriptions, and curated links do not imply authorization or partnership.
Guides are based on common device setups. Client interfaces, core features, system permissions, and menu labels may change between versions. Follow the prompts in the current software and consult its applicable documentation. This site does not provide subscription accounts, proxy nodes, or network access; downloading a client does not include any of these services.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as the rules governing your network, devices, and third-party services. Do not use this site's content or related software unlawfully, including to access systems without authorization, steal data, distribute illegal content, or infringe others' rights.
Before configuring a proxy, routing, or virtual network adapter on a workplace, school, or other managed network, obtain any required authorization. Do not bypass device-owner policies or use subscriptions, certificates, or configurations from unknown sources to handle sensitive information.
Assess the source of your configuration and the trustworthiness of any service, and keep subscription URLs and access credentials secure. Before changing settings, save any necessary original configuration and make sure you can restore network access. When reporting issues publicly, do not disclose working credentials, personal information, or complete subscription URLs.
3. Third-Party Software and Liability
The relevant open-source projects and their contributors provide the software; each project determines its features, maintenance, and license terms. This site organizes information and provides download guidance, but does not control third-party software, subscription services, or network conditions. It does not guarantee that specific features will remain available, that connections will work as expected, or that software will be compatible with your device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, business interruption, or related losses resulting from software defects, third-party service outages, incorrect configuration, device failures, or network changes. Successful results described in a guide are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
If something goes wrong, first stop any action that could make the issue worse, restore saved settings, and investigate based on the actual error messages. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where applicable law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, and do not affect your legal rights.
4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, marks, code, and related materials of V2Ray, Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and the respective clients belong to their corresponding rights holders. This site mentions these names only to identify software, explain technical relationships, and provide usage guidance. It does not claim ownership of their trademarks or code.
Use, copying, modification, and redistribution of software must comply with the open-source license and copyright notices supplied with the relevant version. This site's documentation does not replace the original license or grant additional rights. When quoting original material from this site, credit the source and do not edit it in a way that suggests endorsement by a project.
5. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
These terms may be revised to reflect content updates, changes in the software ecosystem, or legal requirements. Revisions will be published on this page, and the updated month will appear at the top. Important changes to usage requirements will be noted on relevant pages where necessary. Unless otherwise required by law, revisions apply to use after they are published.
Review the current terms before downloading or configuring software again. For usage questions, see the FAQ. For installation and subscription import steps, refer to the user guide. To verify a third-party software's rights or license terms, consult the documentation supplied with that software and the license published by its rights holder.
